Q: How Long will my carpets take to dry?
A: Every carpet will be different depending on the treatment and the thickness, however, most carpets should be dry in 2-3 hours.
Q: Will you be able to remove all stains on my carpet?
A: Every stain will be treated however, there are instances where some stains simply can't be completely removed. There are certain dyes, food colourings and some other products that can cause permanent damage to fabrics. Complete removal can also be dependant on the length of time the stain has been in existence therefore it is imperative to have stains treated at once.
Q: Will I have to move my furniture out before the cleaning starts?
A: No. This is not necessary as our staff will move the furniture as and when they need to treat the respective sections of the room. If you have expensive or delicate items that could be broken, we recommend that you move these before our arrival just for your peace of mind. If you are at all unsure or you have a particularly heavy piece of furniture then just give us a call.
